Fellow InjuryBoard member Jamie G. Goldstein of Gary D. McCallister & Associates LTD., our Chicago Personal Injury Lawyer affiliate, recently brought my attention to a great topic and series of specials conducted by CNN in which they investigated how many big insurance companies are handling smaller auto accidents claims. "Delay, Deny, Defend". The 18 month investigation details how at least two of larger insurance companies routinely engage in shameful practices by wrongfully denying injured parties' claims in order to make billions of dollars in profit.

For anyone who has not seen this enlightening series or heard about its effects you should take a minute to do so now. It just might make you think about switching insurance carriers so that you do not fall victim to a poor decision on down the road.
