Our fellow InjuryBoard partner Tom Methvin of the well known and respected firm of Beasley, Allen, Crow, Methvin, Portis & Miles, P.C., in Birmingham, Alabama, recently brought my attention to a tragic tractor trailer accident that occurred in Leary, Georgia. After losing control of his truck the tanker rolled over and crushed the driver of another vehicle involved in the accident. The HAZ-MAT team from Dothan, Alabama was called out to the scene after gasoline was spilled all over Highway 55 and Bray Street where the accident occurred. At this time the investigation is still under way by the Georgia State Patrol.
