Our InjuryBoard partner from Orlando, Joseph Saunders, recently made a great point about the dangers associated with the recent salmonella peanut butter outbreak in reference to our youth. It is undisputed that hundreds of thousands of children eat peanut butter sandwiches everyday for lunch and/or dinner. It is staple food for many youngsters around the U.S. and the world. For these reasons it is imperative for everyone to educate themselves when such a serious problem presents itself as is the case with this peanut butter contamination incident. Thanks Joe for your help in spreading the facts concerning this unfortunate incident.
