A Georgia helicopter pilot recently died and seriously wounded his passenger after the helicopter suddenly fell from the air. Recently near Columbia Metropolitan Airport, a small plane crashed leaving no survivors. The plan had left Columbia earlier in the day as it went to Rock Hill, Virginia.
