If there is a class action on the cat food let me know. We had a cat die suddenly on New Years eve that had eaten at least one of the brands

Dear Sirs:
My name is John Culpepper, I am the City Manager for the City of Chickamauga Georgia.
We lost our Pomeranian and buried him Friday.
We had been feeding him the rcalled Dog food from Wal-Mart as as treat to take his medicine with. He died of kidney failure and it is suspected it was the result of the food.I first took him to vet. Monday Morning with with all the symptoms described in the recall. Tuesday they started treating with IVs and was kept at the Vet`s until he passed away Friday around noon.We had him for sixteen year and my wife and I are devastated. It makes me furios when they say only 17 animals have died of this. I certainly want action taken for our loss, Please advise if your Firm is giong to take legal action. Thank You
