Mr. Schleuter currently represents victims in product liability and personal injury cases, and as well as representing victims of securities fraud.

My cat Sidney was taken into our local Vet in late february and was diagnosed with kidney failure. It was so advanced there was nothing our vet could do. We had to have him put down on February 26. 2007. Now I find out that cats and dogs are suffering from kidney failure due to products put out by MenuFoods. Our cats food Special Kitty was on the list. I still have the packets of food. If there is to be a class action law suite against Menu Foods, I would like to be informed.

My dog Peanut died a horrible and painful death March 16, 2007,as a result of a toxic event. That evening the news reported the Menu Foods recall. The food we were feeding her was Award Gourmet, Filet Mignon and Oriental Chicken Pouches.
The sku numbers from our Petsmart receipt matched the recall list. Prior to her death we incurred about $1100.00 in vet bills.
As we live in Florida could you contact me to discuss our legal representation in this matter.

Please do something to make sure this doesn't happen again. My dog had to be put down because of kidney failure. I still have the cans of Alpo (just recalled last week) to show the matching numbers. There is a class action lawsuit started in Wisconsin, but I wasn't sure if I could particpate out of state. My dog was poisoned because someone didn't do their job. She was perfectly healthy prior to this.
